2. Services and Products

The Reading Elf offers curated book sales, "Reading Pack" subscriptions, and interactive events/workshops. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Reading Packs & Subscriptions

Billing: The Reading Packs (Explorer, Dreamer, Adventure, Thinker) are billed at ₹999/month. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.

4. Events and Workshops

Registration: Tickets for events (e.g., "Little Writers Workshop") must be purchased in advance. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Code of Conduct: We are a child-friendly space. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe for children.

5. Intellectual Property

The content found on this website, including the "Reading Elf" brand, logo, quiz logic, and curated lists, is the property of The Reading Elf and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Reading Elf shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our events, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
